Our produce is sold both to the trade and to individuals. We are able to do contract smoking for the customers own produce (rates on application). Our own hardwoods cut using water or vegetable oil cooled saws. Oak, ash, beech, elm, cherry and apple. |

Storage and Shelf Life: Stated on the labels but generally 28 days at +2 to +4C and 24 months in -22C in vacuum bags. All produce must be consumed within 2 days of opening.
No artificial colouring nor preservatives are used. |
